When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), the course you are interested in, your stated experience level and any message you write. If you post a review we store the name, role and review text you provide.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, send the course syllabus you requested, deliver a course you have enrolled in, and — only where you have ticked the marketing consent box — tell you about new batches, courses and offers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing email or WhatsApp messages are sent only if you actively opted in. That consent is recorded with a timestamp, and you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect course communications you need as an enrolled learner.
Enquiry records are kept for [24 months] from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to erase them sooner. Records relating to a paid enrolment are kept for [7 years] where tax and accounting rules require it.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to contact@techstackacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

What happens if you need to cancel, transfer or claim a refund on a course.

Every course starts with a free demo session, and we would rather you use it than need this policy. Sit the demo, meet the instructor, see a real lab, and decide afterwards.
Refunds depend on when you tell us, measured against your batch start date.
You can move to a later batch of the same course once at no charge, if you ask at least [3 days] before your batch starts. A transfer replaces a refund rather than adding to it.
If we cancel or postpone a batch and no alternative date suits you, you receive a full refund. This applies regardless of the timings above.
Bundle purchases are refundable on the same terms for any course not yet started; courses already delivered are charged at the individual course rate. Corporate and private-batch bookings follow the terms in your signed engagement, which take precedence over this page.
Email contact@techstackacademy.com with your name, the course and batch, and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [10 working days]. Payment gateway charges may be deducted where the provider does not return them to us.
